Anything not covered here gets answered on the call, by a person, not a form.
It replaces the part of their day that is answering the same questions and chasing the same follow-ups. Most operators keep their people and give them their hours back for tours, residents, and the property.
Usually two or three to start. Sales & Leasing and Support & Service cover most inbound volume; Maintenance and Collections come next for residential operators. We scope which ones on the call and add the rest later if they earn their keep.
Every build is priced on the call, against what you actually run: inquiry volume, how many properties and channels, which agents, and what it connects to. You get the quote and the launch date in writing before you commit, so you never pay for scope you do not need.
You do. Transcripts, contacts, and conversation history are yours to export at any time, and they are written back into your own PMS or CRM as they happen. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.
They are your numbers run through assumptions we show you openly. Nothing is hidden and nothing is a guarantee. On the call we replace the assumptions with your actual call and message logs.
They are stated on the page next to the result, in the open, and every one is editable. They are starting points rather than measured industry figures, so you can replace any of them with your own. On the call we swap all of them for your actual call and message logs.
Yes. We train it on how your team actually talks, from the greeting to the sign-off, and you pick the voice. On the call you hear it handle your scenarios before anything goes live.
It says so and hands off. It never invents a rate, a unit, an availability date, or a balance. If a fact is not in your PMS, your rate sheet, or your policies, it does not get said.
Yes, and it will if asked directly. It is built to disclose rather than to pass, and to hand off to a person the moment someone would rather have one.
It asks the questions that tell an emergency from a routine repair, such as active leaks, no heat in winter, or a security issue. Emergencies page your on-call contact by phone and open a flagged work order. Everything else becomes a scheduled work order with the resident's access permission recorded.
Yes. It answers in the language the customer opens with and hands off to your team in yours, with a translated summary attached.
Nothing they notice. The conversation is stored against the person, not the channel, so a web chat at 11 PM can continue over text the next morning and end on a call, with the agent carrying the context and your team getting one transcript.
You get your launch date on the audit call, in writing before you commit, and we build to it. The date is set by scope: how many properties and channels, which agents, and what it connects to. Most of that time is us learning how you operate so it does not sound generic, and running test scenarios with your team.
One 30-minute call, access to your phone number, calendar, and PMS or CRM, and about an hour of test calls once it is built. That is the whole ask.
No. You pick the doors on the call, starting with the ones your inquiries already come through. The others can be added afterwards. Whichever you run, it is one agent and one memory behind all of them.
We monitor every conversation and tune weekly. The transcripts show what it handled and what it handed off; anything new goes into the script and is re-tested before it goes live. The transcripts are yours and exportable at any time.
It stays on units, rates, availability, and policy, and refuses steering questions about neighbourhoods, schools as a proxy, or who lives nearby. Anything touching a protected class goes to a person. Every conversation is logged so you can audit it.
It verifies the person against the details you choose, such as the phone number or email on the account, before it shares a balance or issues a gate code. Anyone who fails verification is handed to your team.
It detects frustration, disputes, and legally sensitive topics and pulls a person into the thread mid-conversation rather than pushing through a script. Collections conversations pause the reminder sequence the moment someone disputes a charge.
Calls follow consent and disclosure rules, texts honour opt-outs automatically, collections messages stay within your state's timing rules, and every message, call, and action is logged and exportable. We walk your specific requirements on the audit call and put the answer in writing. We do not hold third-party security certifications, so if your procurement process requires one, raise it on the call and we will address it directly.
If your system has an API or exports, we connect it. We confirm yours on the audit call and write it into the scope and the quote, so the connection is agreed and priced before the build starts.
No. If you already take payments, the agent routes the resident to your own portal or pay line and never touches the card at all. If you would rather it took the payment in the conversation, that runs through hosted PayPal checkout. Either way the card goes to the processor, never through Stomeji, and the agent only sees that the payment cleared.
No. It reads and writes into what you already use. Your team keeps working in the PMS or CRM they know, and the agent keeps it up to date.
Yes. Calls run on the number you already advertise, texts come from local numbers per property or region, and email replies go out in the thread the inquiry arrived in. Nothing to re-print.
Over text and WhatsApp, yes: floor plans, unit photos, directions, and a pay link go inline in the thread. The link points at whichever payment path you run, your own portal or the hosted checkout we set up. Over a call it can take the payment verbally, and by email it sends the link. Card details never pass through Stomeji.
