The inbox that used to wait until Monday now answers in a minute. It qualifies, proposes times, reads attachments, and routes the rest to the right person with the thread intact.
Answers arrive in the same thread, in your voice, with the right details from your PMS or rate sheet, not a canned autoresponder.
Asks the two or three questions that matter, then offers real openings from your calendar and confirms the booking.
Applications, ID scans, invoices, and photos are read and filed to the right account, with your team flagged when a document needs a human decision.
Anything outside its lane goes to the right inbox, with a summary at the top so nobody re-reads the whole thread.
Scripted, so nothing here talks to a model. Your version answers from your own records.

2BR availability for November?
Hi, I saw the 2-bedroom listing on your site. Is anything available for a November 1 move-in, and what's the rate? I have a small dog. Application attached in case that helps.

Re: 2BR availability for November?
Hi Priya, thanks for reaching out. Yes: two 2-bedroom floor plans are open for November 1, from $1,895 a month. Dogs up to 60 lb are welcome with a $300 pet deposit.
I've filed your application against the 2-bedroom waitlist so you won't need to resend it. Would you like to see both units? I have Thursday at 5:30 PM or Saturday at 11:00 AM at the leasing office.
Reply with the one that works and I'll confirm it right away.
