What we cover on the call.
Nothing here is a prerequisite. Pick a time and we cover it live.
Bring your call log and your inquiry sources. You leave with a map of where inquiries go unanswered, a quote, and a launch date, all of it in writing.
30 minutes
Pick a time, then your number and what you need. That's the whole form.
What happens on the call
There's no price list. Here's how the number gets decided.
Usually two or three to start. Sales & Leasing and Support & Service cover most inbound volume; Maintenance and Collections come next for residential operators. We scope which ones on the call and add the rest later if they earn their keep.
You get your launch date on the audit call, in writing before you commit, and we build to it. The date is set by scope: how many properties and channels, which agents, and what it connects to. Most of that time is us learning how you operate so it does not sound generic, and running test scenarios with your team.
One 30-minute call, access to your phone number, calendar, and PMS or CRM, and about an hour of test calls once it is built. That is the whole ask.
Every build is priced on the call, against what you actually run: inquiry volume, how many properties and channels, which agents, and what it connects to. You get the quote and the launch date in writing before you commit, so you never pay for scope you do not need.
